Delivery Policy

How does our delivery process work?

- Once we process your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

- After the products pass the final round of quality checks, they are packed using plastic free packaging and handed over to one of our delivery partners.

- Our delivery partner will deliver the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to deliver the package at your address, they will contact you on the number provided by you at the time of placing your order.

We package our products in plastic free cloth packaging, which are covered in a protective outer layer and sealed. This packaging is discrete in nature.


  • We ship across 25,000+ pin-codes, reaching your doorstep in 4-10 business days.
  • Orders packaged securely to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
  • Shipment initiated within 24-48 hours of order receipt, under normal circumstances.
  • Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm; orders processed and dispatched only during these times.
  • Delivery timelines quoted do not include weekends or regional/national holidays.
  • Products delivered to the address provided at order placement; not liable for errors in delivery address.
  • Courier attempts delivery thrice; calls registered number for convenient delivery time.
  • Option to specify a different delivery address from billing address when ordering.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.

International delivery:

International delivery is available for our products, and we request you to check with us through Email at or call us at +916382546490 before placing an order. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product quantity and weight, as well as the country it is being shipped to. Please note that the cost of logistics for the order as well as returns or replacements (if required) will be separate and is to be borne by you, and does not follow the same policy for free shipments (when applicable) which we offer to our customers within India.

Tracking your order:

We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also use the ‘Track my Shipment’ option on the website to check the status of your order once it has been shipped. Order Cancellations:

You can reach out to our Customer Support Team to help you with cancelling the order via Whatsapp or Email Please note:  you can only cancel the order up to the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status! Or before the order is shipped within 24hrs.

We're extremely sorry if the package is already shipped out and is in transit, such orders cannot be cancelled. Please do not accept the package , once it will be returned back to us. Once received on our end will cancel the order and your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days upon the product reach to us.

Events beyond our Control:

Tailor And Circus cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
