Return & Replacements Policy

Tailor And Circus shall provide a replacement in case of a size or style issue or a refund for your first product with issues under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first replacement of Underwear or Bralette. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed will not be covered by this returns policy.

100% Size Satisfaction Guarantee: 

On your first replacement- If you face any size or style-related issues with any product you have purchased from us, we are happy to replace it for you with a different size or style without the need for a return of your one used product. If we can't replace it for you, we will provide a refund for that first product alone. This is applicable on your first purchase of Underwear or Bralette. Please note this policy is not flexible across collections, AirSoft products can not be replaced with PureSoft products, and vice versa.

Please note that only the shipping charges already incurred by you while placing the order will be deducted while we process the refund.

Replacement items are delivered free within India. If the address is not serviceable, you will be asked to ship the products at your own cost. If replacement pick-up fails due to the recipient's absence or premises being locked, the customer must pay additional shipping costs for both the new shipment and return.

Return For Replacement:

To get a replacement or return an item, put your request here or email us your Order ID and the reason for a replacement or return. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will initiate a reverse pickup for the products from your address. We will then arrange for the replacement of the desired items. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the product being delivered and only if the products are unopened, unwashed, not tried on, and in their original condition with packaging intact. After the products are returned and received at the facility and the products pass the quality check, the replacement package containing the replacement products will be shipped. This will apply to all of our products. While replacing, readymade packs cannot be customised.

Return For Refund:

In the case that you are not happy with the product and wish to return the product(s) for a refund, please send us an email to or WhatsApp us at +919843137146 mentioning your order number and reason for return. Returns are accepted within 15 days of you receiving the product if they are not tried on, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them with packaging intact. We will initiate a reverse pickup for the products that need to be returned, and after the products are received at the facility and the products pass the Quality Check, we will be initiating a refund for the products received. It takes 7-8 days for products to reach back to us; once the product reaches us it takes 5-7 working days for us to process refunds after quality checks.

Please note that the shipping charges already incurred on fulfilling the order (Rs. 100) will be deducted while we process the refund. The return shipping charges will be borne by us as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

In case any, or all of the products returned by you do not pass our quality check i.e. they are deemed to have been tried, used, worn or washed even once; we will not be able to process a refund for the same. Please note, that this does not include your first product tried by us for which the satisfaction guarantee includes a free replacement without a need for return.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that the wrong item is delivered to you.

Missing / Wrong / Damaged Products Received:

In the case of damaged/wrong product(s) being delivered, please send us an email to with a few images of the products received. We will ship out a replacement to you or provide a refund to the same payment method used while placing the order after we receive confirmation from your side. In case your shipment is not delivered or is missing, please report within 7 days.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return/refund of an item is made within the stipulated time frame of 7 days of receiving the products, except for availing a free replacement under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, where the time frame is 15 days. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
