What is your Returns policy for exchange and refund?
We offer Replacements / Exchange or Refunds on eligible products within 15 days of delivery, subject to our product-specific policies and quality checks.
Replacements and refunds can be requested if you are not fully satisfied with the size, fit, style, or design of your products.
To qualify for a Return, the products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Replacement or Refunds will be processed after the products are received and pass our quality check.
Certain products are also covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please refer to the FAQs below for detailed information on eligibility, refunds, replacements, and the Satisfaction Guarantee.
What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
Applicable only on your first replacement/refund with us and on a single piece of underwear or bralette, the 100% size satisfaction guarantee policy ensures that you only wear the size or style most comfortable for you.
Please note: Requests under this policy must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement - If you face any issues with the size or style of the product you ordered, we offer a free replacement for any ONE product that you tried-on, to check the fit and comfort. This product is yours, and you can keep the piece without having to return it to us.
Note: Same Size or Style, different design: Swapping for the same size or style in a different design or colour is not covered and will not be possible under this 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Refund: If the requested product for exchange is not available and if you prefer a refund, we will process a refund for you.
What if my order contains multiple products?
If your order contains multiple products, the 100% Size Satisfaction Guarantee will apply to only ONE eligible product across the entire order. We recommend that you try just one item first to check the size and fitting. This means you can avail a free replacement on any 1 used or worn item without returning the product.
For the remaining products in your order, the Replacement / Exchange or Refund policy for that particular product will still apply. Please keep them untried, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a standard replacement or exchange according to our Return policy.
Note: If a single order includes both men's and women's products, the free replacement offered under the 100% Size Satisfaction Guarantee applies to only one men's or women's underwear item from that order. Any additional replacement requests will be subject to the standard return and replacement policy and its eligibility criteria.
Can I return my exchanged product for a refund?
No, products received through an exchange are not eligible for return or refund. Once a replacement or exchange has been processed for an order, the exchanged product cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged again.
Please note that only one replacement or refund request can be raised per order, subject to eligibility and our return and replacement policy. We recommend reviewing the size, fit, and product details carefully before requesting an exchange.
How long does a refund take?
- Once your refund request is raised, our team will review and process it within 24 hours.
- After the product is picked up, it typically takes 7–10 days to reach our facility. Once received and approved through our quality check, the refund will be initiated immediately.
- The refunded amount is usually credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund method will depend on the payment option selected while placing the order or the refund option chosen during the return request:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used while placing the order.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: While submitting your return request on the portal, you will be asked to enter your bank account details. Once the return is picked up and the product passes our quality check, the refund will be credited directly to the provided bank account details. Please ensure the details entered are correct to avoid any delays.
- Gift Card Refunds: If you choose the gift card refund option, the gift card will be sent to your registered email address immediately once the return is processed successfully.
How to Raise a Return Request

- Our team will review your request and initiate the pickup process within 24 hours.
Only Products that pass the quality check will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Note: We arrange reverse pickups for most serviceable pincodes across India. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you'll need to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, our team will share the return address and further instructions. We will reimburse return shipping charges in this case.
I ordered Leak-Proof Pads along with my Maternity Nursing Bra. Do I need to return the Leak-Proof Pads for an exchange?
No, Leak-Proof Pads is a separate product and comes in a standard size, and is not eligible for size-based exchange. If you are requesting an exchange in size for your Maternity Nursing Bra, you do not need to return the Leak-Proof Pads along with it.
What is the maximum number of products I can return to receive a refund?
- You can return as many products from your order. To do so, a return request should be raised from the returns portal.
- Any extra products returned without submitting the request will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- You cannot raise a Return request for the Free Surprise gift.
Can I exchange a product for a different style within the same collection?
Yes, if you're not satisfied with the fit or comfort of your product, you may request an exchange from a different style or collection, subject to product availability.If the replacement product is priced higher than the original product, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. If the replacement product is priced lower, the difference will be refunded to your payment source.
Can I return an item I bought using a gift card?
- Yes, returns are applicable for orders placed using a gift card
- If you cancel or return your order, the refund will be issued as a gift card.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location
- We ship to 25,000+ pincodes across India.
- Timelines exclude weekends and regional/national holidays.
- Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM
What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.
For orders below ₹1,500, a shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
COD orders carry a convenience / handling fee of ₹50.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
- Don't worry, this happens sometimes! First, take a look at your spam or junk folder; it might have landed there
- If it's still not there, just drop us a message with your registered email ID or phone number, and we'll sort it out for you right away.
- Also, do make sure your payment went through successfully — if it did, your confirmation is definitely on its way!

What are markdown products?
Markdown products are items that are currently selling at a lower than listed price, usually because they are going out of stock or because we have a seasonal promotion
Does the return, exchange, or 100% Size Satisfaction Guarantee apply to Surprise Gifts?
No, Surprise Gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or covered under the 100% Size Satisfaction Guarantee.
What's the difference between PureSoft and AirSoft products?
PureSoft products are made from a premium composition of fabric with additional bio-washes along with anti-microbial & anti-odour finish, and AirSoft products are designed to retain our signature softness, breathability, sweat absorption & moisture wicking properties, ideal for everyday wear.
Can our products be used as swimwear?
Our products are designed for everyday wear only and are not suitable for use as swimwear.
Are &Circus products available on Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, and other marketplaces?
Yes, you can shop selected &Circus products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Ajio, and Myntra. Please note that our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is applicable only to purchases made through the &Circus website.
Is the Maternity Nursing Bra padded?
Our Maternity Nursing Bras are non-padded. For leakage protection during breastfeeding, you can additionally purchase our reusable leak-proof pads.
Do you have retail store locations?
We primarily operate online. However our women’s maternity collections is available at select stores across Tamil Nadu, India:

How do we maintain the hygiene of returned products?
All returned products undergo a thorough quality check upon receipt. Only products that successfully pass our quality inspection are retained. As an additional hygiene measure, eligible returned products are sent through a sanitization process before being handled further.
Maintaining high hygiene standards is extremely important to us, and we follow strict quality and sanitization procedures for all returned products that qualify for processing.
How sustainable are our products?
While we offer products designed for different anatomies, our commitment to inclusivity ensures that our prints and colours are selected and created completely free from gender bias.
We are seriously focussed on working towards 100% sustainable innerwear loops. That means it doesn't end with the delivery of our products to you - we are actively involved in the research for better innerwear recycling and we are working towards a B-Corp Certification that will put us on par with the most sustainable brands, globally
Is there an additional charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, a ₹50 fee applies to COD orders.
Do you offer express shipping?
1 : We currently do not offer express or same-day delivery.
2 : However, all our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
3 : We ship across 25,000+ pin codes across India. and typically dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Tamil Nadu using reputed courier partners.
4 : Once shipped, order delivery usually takes between 2–5 business days from when the order is dispatched. This may vary depending on the delivery pincode and the serviceability of the location.
5 : Timelines exclude Sundays and regional/national holidays.

Are there any hidden charges?
We do not impose any hidden charges.
However, certain payment gateways like Amazon Wallet or specific credit cards may levy their own transaction fees — these are not charged by us
Will my order be delivered in discreet packaging?
Yes, your order will arrive in discreet packaging. In line with our sustainability commitment, we use biodegradable and compostable packaging materials.
Are &Circus products gender-neutral?
While we offer products designed for different anatomies, our commitment to inclusivity ensures that our prints and colours are selected and created completely free from gender bias.
How can I track my order?

What if my order is undelivered?
Courier attempts delivery 3 times and calls your registered number if unavailable
If all 3 attempts fail, the package is returned to us (RTO)
Prepaid orders: Once you share the correct address and phone number, we'll arrange a re-shipment
COD orders: The order will be cancelled — you'll need to place a fresh order
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available on our website for select countries.
1 : Cost of shipping will vary based on the number of products and destination country.
2 : Logistics costs, including return for replacements shipment, will be borne by the customer

What is the delivery timeline for international shipments?
International orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the shipment is first sent to the nearest international shipping hub and then forwarded to the destination country.
Delivery timelines for international orders generally take around 8–10 business days, depending on the country.
What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?
Our courier partner will attempt the pick-up 3 times. You will receive a phone call from our partner before an attempt and you can let them know your convenient time for the pickup.
Can I return or exchange an international order?
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any applicable return or replacement shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
How do I build a custom pack of underwear?
Building a pack is very easy. If you wish to get different designs of the same style (Eg: Briefs), you can go to the respective product page, add them to the cart and place the order. They will automatically be converted into packs if a minimum of 3 pairs are added.
However, if you wish to get different underwear styles in the same pack (Eg: Trunks & Briefs), you can visit the Build a Pack section on the website, select the different styles, sizes and designs, and add them to your cart.
Can I customise the items in the Pre-built packs?
No, the items in our Pre-built packs are pre-selected and cannot be customised.
Do you have a coupon code I can use?
No, We currently offer discounts only when you purchase underwear/bras Packs of 3, 6, 9, and 12, which are applied on your cart page automatically or when you shop from the Build a Pack section on the website.

What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only up to Ready to Ship status or within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a shipped order you wish to cancel, do not accept it; once it is returned to us, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
What are the available payment options?
We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments

COD orders carry an additional nominal fee of ₹50

What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us at hello@andcircus.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. We’ll prioritise arranging a replacement for the correct product at no additional cost.
Defective or damaged product: Share photos/video clip of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Wrong product received (different style, colour, or collection): We’ll arrange a replacement for the correct product and organise a pickup.
Wrong size received (different from what you ordered): We’ll exchange it for the correct size and arrange a pickup for the incorrect item.
If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund may be offered as per eligibility.
Do you offer any gift services?
Yes! We offer two gift services:
Gift Wrap — Add gift wrapping for just ₹49 at checkout, along with a personal message
Gift Cards — Available to purchase and share with someone as a Gift, which is fully redeemable on the online store. Gift cards are available in various denominations, delivered instantly via email to both sender and recipient.
Note: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

We manufacture our products in a fully integrated - internationally certified factory based out of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) certified which maintain safe, lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing alongside responsible sourcing, ethical, safe labour practices and we ensure that our tailors receive wages that compete with market standards.

Can I get a refund for Bralettes, Tees, Vests, and Tanks?
Refunds for Bralettes, Tees, Vests, and Tanks are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be returned to us and will undergo a quality check before the refund is processed. Items must be unwashed, not tried on, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Products that do not pass the quality check will not be eligible for a refund.
