The right to delete Personal Data:
a) Right to Erasure:
If a User wishes to have their name and other personal information removed from our records, they may submit a written request to us. Upon receipt of such a request, we shall delete the relevant personal data in accordance with applicable laws. However, we may retain personal information strictly to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as permitted under Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act.

Please note, however, that opting out of receiving essential service-related communications may affect our ability to deliver certain services, and in such cases, we reserve the right to deactivate or close the User’s account.

We retain personal data collected during account registration for a period of 180 days following the cancellation or withdrawal of the User’s registration, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law

b) The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours of receipt and shall resolve or dispose of such complaint within 15 days, as mandated by applicable law.
c) In the event that a User submits a complaint related to content that is prima facie in the nature of:
* exposing the private area of an individual * depicting an individual in full or partial nudity * showing or representing any sexual act or conduct * impersonation in an electronic form, including artificially morphed images The Company shall, within 24 hours of receiving such a complaint, take all reasonable and practicable steps to remove or disable access to such content that is hosted, stored, published, or transmitted by it.
d) The Company shall maintain an appropriate mechanism to enable individuals to submit complaints under Clause 9(c), including the option to provide all necessary details pertaining to such content or communication link.
